Scholarships for Graduates

The APF Queen-Nellie Evans Scholarship offers one $4,000 scholarship grant to master’s or doctorate students who are from minority and underrepresented groups.

Eligible students of African origin, pursuing a Ph.D. or Th.D. program in theology, theological studies, or biblical studies, can apply for the $25,000 program.

Postgraduates are awarded scholarships ranging from $2,700 to $25,000 by the American Meteorological Society (AMS).

The SAA Native American Graduate Archaeology Scholarship will be providing one Native American archaeology or museum studies student with $10,000 to contribute towards their studies.

The MALDEF Scholarship Program provides financial grants to students pursuing law degrees at any accredited law school in the United States and who are committed to helping the Latino community.

Barbara A. Cooley Master’s Scholarship is awarded by SHAPE America annually to a postgraduate student enrolled in a healthcare course at any university in the United States of America.

The International Fellowship offers female students a grant from $18,000 to $30,000 to complete their graduate studies in any field and enhance their careers in their native countries.

CAA's Professional Development Fellowship in Visual Arts was created to help multicultural artists and artists from underrepresented minority groups and culturally diverse communities in the various aspects of their work.

Bilingual School Psychologist Scholarships awards postgraduate students majoring in school psychology up to $9,000 to further their education. Applicants must be bilingual and interested in working with bilingual/bicultural children.

American Indian Medical Scholarship Program

The NSDA offers the American Indian Medical Scholarship of up to $6,000 to an eligible student studying a healthcare-related field.

The American Association of Colleges of Nursing offers the Scrubin Uniforms - AACN Scholarship of $2,500 to nursing students enrolling in baccalaureate, master's, and doctorate programs at AACN member schools with a formal affiliation agreement with Scrubin Uniforms.

The Minority Teacher Education Scholarship (MTES) is a renewable award of up to $4,000 a year to minority students in Florida pursuing education-related bachelor's undergraduate or graduate programs.

The GHD Clean Water Fund Scholarship Program awards one $1,000 scholarship to postgraduate students in the fields of civil or environmental engineering. Applicants must be North Carolina residents.

SAE International offers a scholarship to students enrolled in Master's or Doctorate programs at a U.S. institution. The awards, worth $10,000, are offered annually and are for students intending to pursue a teaching career in engineering at the university level. The applications are accepted between January and March each year.

Albert W. Dent Graduate Student Scholarship offers financial assistance to students in their final year of a graduate program in healthcare management. It’s for racially/ethnically diverse and LGBTQ students.

The Armenian Relief Society of Eastern Europe Scholars Program offers two $20,000 - $50,000 scholarships for master’s and doctoral students.

The William E. Wilson Scholarship awards $5,000 to a secondary school teacher pursuing graduate studies in theatre or speech and theatre. Applicants must be legal residents of any SETC state.

SETC’s Leighton M. Ballew Directing Award provides one student with a $2,500 scholarship to study theater directing at a regionally accredited graduate school in the upcoming academic year.

The Denise Halbach Performance Scholarship awards $2,000 to a graduate student studying acting or musical theater. Students who graduated from universities in the SETC region can apply.

The Board of Governors Academic Achievement Scholarship recognizes achievements made by students and academics in the water industry and encourages academic excellence through a $2,000 prize.

It’s awarded to a graduate student in a full-time water supply study program leading to a master’s or higher degree at an accredited university in the U.S.

The Robert Porterfield Scholarship awards $2,000 to graduate students pursuing a degree in theatre. Applicants should have graduated from an undergraduate program at a university in the SETC region.

The Marian A. Smith Costume Scholarship awards $1,500 to a graduate student studying costume design or technology. Applicants must have studied or will study at an SETC region institution.

The American Bar Association (ABA) annually offers the Legal Opportunity Scholarship to racial and ethnic minority undergraduate and graduate students pursuing law in the U.S. to complete their studies.

The Federal Circuit Bar Association offers its Federal Circuit Bar Association’s Scholarship to law students to further their education in the U.S.
